Working principle of the limestone crushing production line

Stones mined from limestone mines are transported to raw material silos via dump trucks or belt conveyors.

The vibrating feeder evenly sends the stone in the raw material bin to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing.

The coarsely crushed stone is transported to the vibrating screen through a belt conveyor for screening.

Stones that meet the requirements are transported to the cone crusher through a belt conveyor for secondary crushing.

The medium-crushed stone is transported to the sand making machine through a belt conveyor for fine crushing.

The finely crushed limestone gravel is transported to the vibrating screen through a belt conveyor for screening.

Limestone gravel of different specifications is stored in finished product silos respectively.
