How to adjust the fineness and output of the mill

The mesh number of the mill is inversely proportional to the output. As long as the fineness requirements are high, the output will inevitably be low. This is because the high fineness requirement means that the speed of the analyzer part is accelerated, and the coarser materials cannot be passed through, and the grinding must be performed again. This lengthens the grinding time of the material inside the mill, that is to say, it takes a long time for the finished product to come out per unit time, so the amount is also reduced.

 
 

• Diameter of the spacer ring: The size of the spacer ring determines the time that the particles stay in the crushing chamber. The larger the diameter of the spacer ring, the shorter the residence time of the particles, the larger the size of the crushed product, the higher the output, and vice versa;

• Air volume: The air volume can be controlled by adjusting the butterfly valve at the outlet end of the mill. As the air volume increases, the particle size of the product increases, and vice versa;
 

• Slag discharge volume: adjust the size of the slag discharge hole of the slag discharge device to control the slag discharge volume, which can improve product quality and purity;
 

• The gap between the grading impeller and the spacer ring: the gap decreases, the product becomes thinner; the gap increases, the product becomes thicker;

2. Repair of the wear and tear of the grinding roller bearing chamber of the pulverizer

 

The assembly requirements of the grinding roller bearings of the pulverizer are relatively strict, and companies generally adopt the method of cooling the bearings in dry ice. Once there is a gap between the bearing and the bearing chamber, it will affect the normal operation of the bearing, causing the bearing to heat up, and in severe cases, it will cause the bearing to burn. 


 

3. Treatment of oil leakage of mill reducer

 

The leakage of the reducer of the pulverizer not only affects the appearance of the machine, but also wastes oil, causing a lot of trouble in the maintenance of the equipment. Fast curing materials and rubber repair materials can eliminate the need to stop the machine, and the leakage can be treated on site. The operation is simple and the treatment effect is good.
