The impurity elements of Al, Ti, Li, B and other lattice elements all meet the quality requirements of high purity quartz raw materials.

The ore is pure, translucent or milky white and massive, and is filled in the reverse fault in a nearly upright form. The results of ICP-OES test show that the ore purity of the East and west ore bodies is more than 99.90%, the main impurity elements Al, Ti, Fe, P, CA are all low. After simple mechanical purification, the purity can reach 99.95%, which proves that the Dengta deposit is a high-quality high-purity quartz raw material mine.


Tangbaoshan deposit


The deposit is located in Georgetown area, which is of hydrothermal vein quartz type, and is filled in the Paleoproterozoic metamorphic system fault zone in the northwest-south-east direction. The ore quality is very high, and the purity of SiO2 in situ can reach 99.99%.


At present, tangbaoshan deposit has not yet been mined and produced high purity quartz sand, but its proved and controlled resources are considerable and can be mined in open air; The purity of SiO2 from ore is over 99.99%, which makes the cost of mining and purification greatly reduced.


Baiquan and quartz mountain deposits


The ore deposits are of hydrothermal quartz type, and the mineralization process is similar to that of Dengta deposit. The quartz of Baiquan vein is produced in the biotite granodiorite of Silurian Devonian, and quartz in quartz mountain is vertical barrel in the biotite gneiss of the aensley metamorphic system of Proterozoic. The ore quality of Baiquan ore is excellent, the purity of raw material SiO2 is over 99.99%, and the inferred resource of high purity quartz is 1.5 million tons; The purity of quartz mountain ore raw material is more than 99.5%, and the predicted high purity quartz resources in accordance with JORC standard are 14million tons (solar quartz technologies, 2016), and the resource scale is huge.


Creswick deposit


The deposit is located in the Creswick District in South Central Victoria, Australia, 130km to the southeast and 20km from barrarat city in the south. The ore deposit is a type of gold tailings, which is composed of the abandoned tailings after gold rush mining in the 19th century. The ore is 6-200mm quartz gravel in tailings, which has excellent quality and low impurity element content, especially the content of B and P. The purity of SiO2 of high purity quartz sand can reach 99.995% after the traditional mechanical and chemical purification process is adopted by CSIRO.




Kashteme deposit


Kashtem deposit is located in kashtem City, Chelyabinsk, Russia, 100km to the southeast. The deposit is of hydrothermal quartz type and occurs in gneiss and migmatite of the uparchaean ufalemetamorphic complex. Gangue minerals mainly include feldspar, mica, carbonate, zircon, monazite, etc. The total length of the mine area is 15km, width 1-3km, area 20km2, and quartz reserves are 1.36 million tons. The main ore body used as high purity quartz material is No. 175 vein, which is distributed in the west side of Karabash from north to south. In 2014, imcmontan company conducted reserve assessment on vein 175 according to JORC standard, indicating that the reserve of high purity quartz raw material ore in the ore body was more than 500000 tons.


Saranbore deposit

In addition, there are many quartz veins that have not been explored outside the mining area, and the prospective resources may be more considerable.




Wumuaquinina deposit


The deposit is located in nuwadibu Bay Province, Western Mauritania. The deposit is of hydrothermal vein quartz type, and it is intrusive into granite gneiss and schist of regibat shield of Archean. The ore is translucent and smooth and transparent in light gray, and the SiO2 content of some samples is more than 99.8%. The ore body exposed on the surface is a large broken quartz gravel with a small amount of red soil covered. The inferred resources of quartz are 5-10 million tons, but due to the lack of borehole verification and test analysis and necessary beneficiation experiments, the resource quantity that can be used as high purity quartz raw materials is unknown.


Chami deposit


Chami deposit is located in the east of nuwadibuwan Province, 20km away from the umaquinina mine. The genesis, ore type, surrounding rock and occurrence characteristics of the deposit are similar to that of wumuaquinina mine, and the SiO2 content of the ore is 98% - 99.9%. Some ore samples were purified by anzapulan company, and the purity and quality can reach the standard of iota4.




Johnbiz high purity quartz raw material mine


In the coastal zone of johnbiz Bay, Southeast Quebec, Canada, 10 hydrothermal vein quartz bodies are exposed from the surface, namely John Byz high purity quartz raw material mine. The mining area is 68km from Port St Pierre in the West and 300km from the port of seven islands. The main areas in the area are Proterozoic quartz, gabbro, granitic gneiss.
