Marble is a metamorphic rock, a medium-hard stone, mainly composed of calcite, limestone, serpentine and dolomite. Therefore, a lot of marble can be used as limestone for building gravel products. Although the hardness of marble is higher than that of limestone, it is not as hard as granite. First, the marble is preliminarily crushed by the jaw crusher. Then, the coarse material is transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing. The finely crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen to screen out two kinds of stones, which meet the needs of marble production. The sand machine feeds the granular marble into the sand making machine, and the other part of the returned material goes into the impact crusher for fine crushing. Part of the stones fed into the sand making machine is made into sand, which is cleaned by a sand washing machine (optional) and made into finished sand. The other part is fed into the sand making machine and crushed again.

On the one hand, this process solves the problem of serious wear of wearing parts. On the other hand, the two-stage crushing process and the high productivity advantage of the sand making machine also greatly reduce operating costs. 1. Consider the hardness of the material and configure reasonable crushing equipment according to the hardness of the marble. The same model of crusher will have relatively low output when the hardness of the material is high.
