What should I do if there is an abnormality when the high pressure mill is working?

It is normal for the high-pressure pulverizer to experience different degrees of vibration during operation. However, if the amplitude of the vibration is outside the normal range, it is cause for concern. Because the high-pressure pulverizer vibrates abnormally, it is likely that some parts of the equipment are faulty or caused by improper operation of the staff. Therefore, we must not take it lightly for the abnormal phenomenon of high pressure mill vibration.


1. When the material to be ground contains impurities with high hardness, or there are metallic substances mixed with the material, it enters the high pressure pulverizer. When the blade scoops up the material and transports it to the thickness of the grinding wall, these metallic materials or impurities will collide everywhere, resulting in abnormal noise.


At the same time, under the action of this powerful impact force, the host will also experience abnormal vibration. Therefore, when encountering such a situation, we must stop the high-pressure mill to check in time, and find out whether the metal material is brought in by raw materials, or the internal parts of the high-pressure mill have fallen off and transferred in, so as to make corresponding solutions.


2. When the high-pressure mill grinds the material, the impact force between the material and the parts is very large. With the extension of the grinding operation time, the screws and bolts of the fastening parts of the high-pressure mill are likely to be loose, even falling off condition. Once this phenomenon occurs, the abnormal vibration of the high-pressure pulverizer during the grinding operation is inevitable.


This requires the staff to pay attention to the regular maintenance of each component when using the high-pressure mill. Especially before starting the machine or after the grinding operation, timely inspection and tightening of the relevant fasteners is an important condition to prevent abnormal vibration of the bentonite mill.


3. After the high-pressure mill runs for a long time, if the lubricating oil in the grinding roller has been used up, or dust and impurities enter the grinding roller bearing, the friction of the bearing parts will increase, and even the grinding roller will not rotate. phenomenon occurs. Once this situation is encountered, if necessary, we need to disassemble and clean the grinding roller device of the high-pressure pulverizer, add lubricating oil again, and then install it reasonably.
