Limestone is a kind of sedimentary rock, which belongs to crystalline structure and layered structure. The main rock-forming mineral is calcite. (In addition, may also contain clay, dolomite, magnesium carbonate, iron oxide, silicon oxide and some organic impurities.)


Limestone with dense texture has a compressive strength of 20~120MPa and an apparent density of 2000~2600 kg/m3. When the clay impurities in limestone exceed 3% to 4%, the frost resistance and water resistance are significantly reduced.


Silica limestone has high strength, high hardness and good durability. Most limestones are fine and hard in texture and have strong weathering resistance.


Limestone is widely distributed and can be found all over the country, which is convenient for mining and processing. In construction projects, it is used for foundations, exterior walls, piers, steps and pavements, and can also be used as concrete aggregates.

The first stage: Primary crushing


The raw material passes through the silo, is evenly fed by the vibrating feeder, and is transported to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Crusher.


The jaw crusher is mainly used for medium-sized crushing of ore and bulk materials. It can crush materials with a compressive strength of up to 320Mpa. There are two types: coarse crushing and fine crushing. The second stage: medium and fine crushing


After the coarse crushed materials conveyed to the impact crusher are crushed by the impact crusher, a circular vibrating screen is used to screen the materials after the impact crusher. Larger particles are returned to the impact crusher to be crushed again. The graded qualified materials are classified according to the demand and conveyed to different storage piles by the conveyor belt for storage or directly transported to the construction site by trucks.
