1. Reasonably design the spindle speed and increase the grinding force of the main machine: Since the grinding pressure is mainly derived from the centrifugal force of the grinding roller, the speed of the main machine directly affects the size of the grinding force. Therefore, a reasonable design of the spindle speed can effectively increase the main machine's grinding force and enhance the powder output capacity of the mill.


Analysis: The low rotation speed of the driving shaft may be one of the reasons for the low powder extraction rate. Insufficient power, loose transmission belt or severe wear will cause the driving shaft speed to be unstable and decelerate. It is recommended to increase the kinetic energy of the mill, adjust the belt or replace it with a new one.

Reasonably adjust the air pressure and air volume of the blower: Due to the physical properties of various non-metallic minerals, there are huge differences in chemical composition, such as graphite, gypsum and other minerals with low density, which should be lower when adjusting the air pressure and air volume. , And relatively dense minerals (such as barite, iron ore, etc.) should be larger when adjusting wind pressure and air volume.


Analysis: If the air pressure is too large, coarse particles will easily be mixed into the finished product, and unqualified products will appear; if the air pressure is too small, material blocking is likely to occur in the host, which will make the machine unable to operate normally. The wind pressure and air volume should be adjusted reasonably according to the ground mineral raw materials.


3. Selection of wear-resistant materials for blades, grinding rollers and grinding rings: The wear of the main abrasive wearing parts such as blades, grinding rollers, and grinding rings will affect the powder extraction rate seriously, and wear parts with high wear-resistant materials should be selected. , Such as high chromium cast iron.


Analysis: The shovel cannot shovel materials, and the grinding ring of the grinding roller is severely worn and does not have a good grinding effect, resulting in a low powder processing rate. The wearing parts should be replaced in time after they are worn.

4. Do a good job of equipment lubrication: It is necessary to check gears and other transmission parts from time to time, and make preparations for lubrication and replacement.

5. Dredge the pipeline and seal it well


1) The conveying duct of the mill is blocked, causing the powder to be unable to be transported normally, which will cause the problem of low powder output or even no powder. To solve the problem, it is necessary to stop the machine to clear the material in the pipeline during processing, and restart to unload the material.


Suggestion: The superfine powder contained in the material has a great coagulation effect, and the loose proportion is small, and it occupies a large volume (the 800 mesh product with the same weight is nearly twice as large as the 325 mesh product), and it is easy to adhere to the pipe wall and the material. It is not easy to fall on the wall of the silo, so the pipe and the inner wall of the silo should be as smooth as possible, lined with galvanized sheet or stainless steel plate, and the discharge taper of the silo should be as small as possible.


2) Poor sealing of the pipeline will cause increased dust, negative pressure imbalance, and low powder delivery rate. The sealing of the pipeline needs to be checked before production.


Suggestion: The powder locker at the discharge port of the Raymond powder production line is not adjusted to the correct state, resulting in loose sealing and powder back suction. Ensure that the powder locker, return air pipe valve and other valves on the pipeline are in a correct and good condition. Working status.

6. Pay attention to the humidity, viscosity, hardness, etc. of the material: Refer to the specifications and instructions of the equipment, and run under the corresponding requirements to achieve the ideal production effect.


Analysis: The performance of the equipment itself is the main factor that determines the production efficiency, but the properties of the material, such as powder humidity, viscosity, hardness, and discharge particle size requirements, will also affect the powder extraction rate.
