The ultrafine Raymond mill is an updated product of the pendulum mill. So what is the working principle of the superfine Raymond mill?


First, the material is fed into the mill from the feeder, and the shovel blade shovels the material. The material is sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for pulverization to achieve sufficient grinding of the material.


Grinding is carried out by centrifugal force, and the ground material flows upward through the wind in the lower channel. Then the analyzer sorts the materials, the qualified materials can pass, and the unqualified materials are returned to the inside of the mill for grinding again.


Qualified materials enter the powder collector through the pipeline after the analyzer, and are collected by the powder collector according to the requirements. The unsuitable dust is collected in the dust collector, so that the finished material is produced.



How to adjust the unevenness of the output fineness of the Raymond mill?


1. If the grinding roller of the mill is severely worn, the fineness of the discharge will be affected as the equipment continues to work. As a part that directly contacts the material, the grinding ring of the grinding roller will cause different degrees of wear during long-term grinding and milling. Once worn, it will affect the fineness of the mill.


2. In the grinding machine powder, if the blade of the analyzer is severely worn, it will cause the material to become coarser after grinding, which will affect the quality of the grinding powder. If the wear is more serious, it will also affect the overall performance of the mill, and even shorten the service life of the equipment.


3. If there is a problem with the screen or part of the pulverizer is blocked during operation, the fineness will be uneven when the powder is discharged. And the output will be reduced, so be diligent in checking the screen. When a blockage is found, it should be cleaned up in time to avoid affecting normal work.
