Material introduction

Graphite powder is soft, black-gray, greasy, chemically stable at room temperature, insoluble in water, dilute acid, dilute alkali and organic solvents; graphite powder has high-quality high temperature resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, plasticity, lubrication It can be used in the manufacturing process of refractory, electrical conductivity, metallurgy and other fields.

 

Graphite grinding process

Graphite grinding process is generally divided into three types: graphite coarse powder processing (0-3MM), fine powder processing (20 mesh-400 mesh), and graphite ultra-fine powder deep processing (400 mesh-3250 mesh).

 

Phase 1: Broken

 

The bulk graphite material is crushed by the crusher to the fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.

 

Second Stage: Grinding

 

The crushed graphite small pieces are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill by the vibrating feeder for grinding.
Generally, CLRM Raymond mill and YGM high-pressure mill are used for fine powder processing; CLUM ultra-fine vertical mill and HGM ring roller micro-powder mill are generally used for ultra-fine powder processing; European-style coarse powder mill is used for coarse powder processing.

 

Stage Three: Grading

 

The ground materials are classified by the powder classifier, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the main machine for re-grinding.

 

The fourth stage: collecting powder

 

The fineness powder enters the dust collector with the airflow through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then uniformly packed by a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
