The moving cone and the adjusting sleeve are stuck

1. When the cone crusher is running with load, the lock fails due to the loss of pressure in the hydraulic station, and the adjusting sleeve will rotate with the cone. If the post personnel do not find and deal with it in time, the adjustment sleeve will be stuck, which will cause the cone crusher to stop.

 

2. The reasons for the stuck adjustment sleeve may also be poor thread lubrication, wear of the adjustment cap seal or dust cover seal, abrasion of the adjustment sleeve and support sleeve threads, or long-term overloading of the cone crusher.



 

Blocking material stuck

1. The cone crusher feeds too much material, or the feed quality does not meet the requirements, resulting in the blockage of the cone crusher, which will make the crusher work current too large, the circuit will automatically protect and stop the machine, and even cone crushing may occur. The machine is stuck and forced to stop.



 

2. When iron blocks or other unbreakable objects enter the crushing cavity of the cone crusher, it will also cause the cone crusher to block materials or even the equipment to be stuck.



 

The spindle is broken and stuck

1. Improper use of the cone crusher is one of the main reasons for the fracture of the main shaft. For example, in order to achieve the required discharge fineness, the discharge port is continuously tightened. If any unbreakable material enters the crushing cavity, it will have a clean impact on the main shaft. , causing the main shaft of the cone crusher to be broken and stuck.



 

2. On the other hand, when the cone crusher is in overload operation for a long time, although there is an overload protection device, the damage to the equipment cannot be completely avoided, and the main shaft is prone to fracture and the equipment is stuck.
